What is an Inventory?

An Inventory is a comprehensive and thorough report which lists every item in the property and its condition. It is compiled before a tenant moves into a property and is used to protect both the landlord and the tenant.

We as an independent, unbiased and impartial company have the experience and knowledge to list and describe everything in the property and comply with AIIC standards.

We provide an accurate and detailed inventory report containing information about the condition of the property, its contents and all the fixtures and fitting. High quality photographic evidence with a date stamp are included in our inventory reports.

A landlord wants to protect his investment and the tenant will want his deposit money back at the end of tenancy. Without an inventory and a check out report, it is almost impossible to assess liability for damaged or missing items which inevitably ends in dispute and litigation.
